Their homes, shaped under her eccentric gnomish designs, leaned at improbable angles and sported pulley systems no goblin truly understood. Still, they were proud. Goblins apprenticed as smiths under Zolton, carpenters under Yvette, and scouts for Quintin’s guild. Mischief never left them, chickens went missing daily, but for the first time they were no longer outsiders. They were _Alexandrians_.
