- Orlan and Graxen sit down to breakfast, and have an awkward exchange
- Kyo goes to Quincy's, resting on the bar
- Qwimby, topless, appears to be flexing as he tends to the garden - angling for Ellette's attention
- Ellette joins Graxen and Orlan while Steve has pancakes with Big Guy
- Quincy serves a diced up salmon to Kyo
- Ellette has Rasp carry Qwimby up to his room, placing him in time out
- Fizzle approaches Kyo, offering him a yellow potion
- It smells fruity with a tinge of metal
- An aspect of gold is brought to mind for Kyo
- Kyo drinks the potion
- Kyo now has two golden wings for 10 minutes
- Kyo begins an aerial lap of the keep
- Nissa approaches the table - antagonising Steve. This leads to her challenging the Gnome to a game
- There are two potions, one made by Fizzle and one safe. She demands that Steve pick between them
- Steve picks one, beginning to float
- Nissa drinks the other, with various parts of her body vanishing and reappearing
- Steve's bubble eventually pops, but Graxen catches her as she plummets to the ground
- Nissa screams in pain, grasping her arm as arcane cracks appear in it
- An unstable well of magic emanates from her, attracting the Meep
- This aura explodes outwards - expelling Orlan, Graxen and Ellette as they attempt to tend to her
- Nissa is no longer present, having been replaced by an orb of elemental energy. This orb then bursts, returning her. The Meep runs straight over to her arm
- Orlan can sense unstable magical elements flowing through Nissa
- The Meep seems strongly curious, while touching her arm gives Graxen a rush of sensations from hot, cold, etc
- Kyo attempts to insert himself between the Meep and the arm, but the Meep reacts mildly aggressively
- Kyo uses Lay on Hands - causes Nissa to awaken with a scream. Her eyes glow and another explosion ripples from her body
- Both Nissa and the Meep vanish in the aftermath of the explosion
- The unstable orb returns, seeming to cause reality to bend around it
- Graxen attempts to touch this orb
- He feels a rush of burning heat, followed by ice cold and then electricity. He feels like drowning, before being covered by dirt.
- After Graxen's experience, the Meep and Nissa reappear
- The orb remains, seeming to be a crack
- Ellette pulls Nissa away from the orb, attempting to slap at her face to waken her. This rouses the Meep's aggression once again
- The arcane cracks appear to be spreading over the rest of Nissa's body
- The Meep continues to tap at Nissa's arm - he is attempting to communicate something
- The Meep returns with a book, using this to demonstrate that the magic from a book Nissa stole from her father is now in her arm
- Nissa describes reading the book as being cold to touch but burning to read - she says there were no words in the book, it instead inspired images in her mind as she rifled through it
- The Meep continues to tap at Nissa's arm
- He now seems to be trying to insert his arm into one of the cracks
- Graxen pulls at the crack - seeing a tempest of elemental fury inside. In the centre is the book
- Graxen reaches inwards, grasping the book and pulling it out
- Kyo, using a spell to comprehend the Meep's ramblings - can hear him utter "home, home home" as he licks at the crack in Nissa's arm
- The book slides onto the ground as Graxen drops it, it causes different elements to affect the floor around it
- Graxen is gripped by an overwhelming sense of dread, followed by a gutteral noise - while Ellette hears the phrase "I am the true name of the pandorum". Each word causes her pain
- She repeats the name "pandorum" - causing Orlan to recall reading about the Elemental Chaos Plane - drawing him to conclude that her arm is now tied to that reality
- Ellette lifts the book cautiously, having wrapped her arm in her bedroll. The book refuses to open, appearing to have sealed itself
- The Meep panics, urging her not to take the book. He seems adament that Nissa read the book
- Flaling at Nissa's wrist, the Meep touches it off the book. This causes it to open
- The booming voice again erupts from the book. Ellette again hears its words - "The seal fractures, the end seeks you"
- "Freedom, release, inevitable, destruction"
- An eye and tentacles appear from the book before being sucked back inside as the cover slams shut
- The Meep again speaks of "home", calling it bad
- The Meep speaks of a man with a hat and no face having pulled him into this Plane through a magic box
- Graxen carries Nissa up to their room so she can rest, as Ellette retires to her own to recover from the trauma of hearing the voice through the book
- Kyo covers the book with Ellette's bedroll - securing it away in a rugsack on his back
- Orlan, Kyo and Steve head to Quincy's to gather information on the Chaos Plane
- Steve relays the morning's events events to Quincy.
- Quincy is unable to help, having little knowledge about the Plane of Elemental Chaos
- Fizzle drinks a potion of his making, turning himself into a puddle of mud
- Steve elects to call Elminster with Ellette's Sending Stone
- Ellette slumbers in a trance while Steve enters her room and begins to search for the stone
- Ellette awakens, suggesting we gather in the war room with the sending stone
- Ellette uses the stone to contact Elminster
- Ellette relates the morning's happenings - with Elminster responding "I will make my way to you post haste"
- He immediately arrives
- Elminster notices the aura of Mystra from Orlan - believing he may be favoured by her
- He requests cheese, which is provided by Orlan
- Elminster asks to see the book, seeming pessimistic after examining Nissa
- Kyo fetches the Meep, bringing it and the book to Elminster
- Elminster offers the Meep a piece of cheese
- The Meep takes the cheese
- Elminster mentions that most people who come in contact with the Plane of Chaos do not return
- He believes the book, and the Meep, are both seals that have been broken. Breaking these seals may have begun ushering through an entity that wishes to bring chaotic destruction with it
- Elminster identifies the entity as Pandorum - an old being, known as a primordial
- In the current timeline, the primordials were defeated and imprisioned by the gods
- Pandorum is the living embodiment of chaos
- He believes something must be worshipping Pandorum
- He also thinks there must be a third and final seal that may be broken
- To save Nissa and prevent Pandorum's destruction, the being praising this chaos must be confronted and neutralised
- Elminster next goes to check on the orb crack in the main hall
- Elminster thinks stopping Pandorum may cost the life of Nissa
- Nissa echoes the sentiment of stopping Pandorum, whatever it takes
- She feels a pull upon her arm - leading her in a certain direction. She demands that she join us in investigating this direction
- Elminster takes a piece of the skin from Nissa's arm, wishing to study it
- Orlan also gives him the vial holding an eye from the Conclove
- What remains of the crackling orb is absorbed by Nissa's arm
- Ellette feels the magic in the book begin to surge in response
- The book pulls itself from Ellette's hand and soars into Nissa's
- She struggles, but manages to stow in in her bag
