Ellette, Kyo and Steve are in the cart on the way to Neverwinter. They're having a conversation when they hear a hissing sound come from Steve's bag. She opens it. An explosion happens and Steve is covered in blue and pink glitter. Theres a giggle from the bag.Steve looks in. Grubble is in the bag. He climbed in because he wants chicken. HE took all of Steve's stuff out of her bag because he needed to get in. As we try to figure out what is going on. We hear an ungodly scream ahead. A woman comes running out of the forest and lands in front of the cart. Ellette stands beside her, "He made the trees remember" as she points to the forest and then dies. Kyo tries to bring her back, it doesn't work. On her forearm there is a rough engraving of an eye. Her left eye is missing her finger tips have been burnt off and toungue has been partially cut out. We all feel like we're being watched after a sound of force eminates from the forest. "Seek the root that speaks but speak not its name for the name opens the way" is carved into her back. We head into the forest in the direction she came from. There is an eery silence in the forest. All the trees are blackened with eyes carved into all of the trees. Steve gnomesplains druids to kyo. Kyo tries to listen to the trees but theyre silent. We go deeper into the forest. We find a deserted hamlet of 5 houses with a well in the centre. Kyo goes over to the well he smells the mossy water with a hunt of a metallic smell. The roots begin whispering secrets we never told. Is written in journals in all the houses. We send Kyo down the well in the bucket, He lands on something solid and metallic. It alsmost looks like a sewer gate eye hand and mouth, "knowledge enters through one, leaves by one, taken by one" They look like they can be pressed. We solve the puzzle and the well opens to reveal a stairway. Steve and Ellette go down to meet Kyo. The walls are lined with frozen bodiies their mouths knitted into tree roots. The hall leads to a domed room. In the middle of the room is a symbol with 5 pillars. 4 of the pillars have sconces on them. The 5th pillar has no means to hold a sconce. Tree on the far side of the room. Its covered in blood Kyo tries to communicate. He hears a grumble. 4 of the pillars AVE writing on them 1; I am taken from you yet remain yours I shape your future though born in your past 2; The more you speak the weaker I becomes 3; I open all doors yet have no form 4; name me and I grow stronger. Ellette feels nostalgia from the magic in the air. She doesn't know why. It feels like fey magic. But weak. the tree splits the grumble gets more feral and theres a smash Looking through the tree it's a hollowed out three bursting through the surface. Theres an ungodly roar and crunches. We climb up to see a forest on fire the place is destroyed. There's screams and explosions in the distance. We head on and find a grotesque creature that looks to be made of the bones of many creatures with moss growing all over it. There's an eye in the sky watching us. Ellette flips it off. It rolls it's eye.
