![[Pearl.png]]
**Last Known Status:** Deceased
Pearl is Nani Nora's sister, a grotesque and imposing figure whose very presence radiates a sense of dread. Standing much taller and broader than most hags, Pearl’s form is reminiscent of a massive, twisted tree, her body covered in rough, bark-like skin that appears almost impenetrable. Her arms and legs are thick and muscular, ending in claw-like fingers that seem more suited for rending flesh than for any gentle touch.
Her face is a horrifying visage, with sunken, glowing red eyes that burn like embers in the dark. These eyes seem to reflect a primal hunger, hinting at the cruel pleasures she derives from causing pain and chaos. Pearl’s wide mouth is filled with jagged, yellowed teeth, which she flashes in a sinister grin that could send shivers down the spine of even the bravest adventurer. When she speaks, her voice rumbles like distant thunder, deep and resonant, often laced with mocking laughter that echoes through the air.
Pearl's hair is a tangled mess of dark green seaweed and various detritus from her grotesque surroundings, giving her the appearance of a creature dragged from the depths of a murky swamp. Occasionally, the hair writhes as if it possesses a life of its own, often attracting insects and small creatures that cling to her in an unsettling symbiosis.
Her attire consists of tattered garments made from the skins of her victims and the remains of the creatures she has devoured. Pearl adorns herself with various trinkets and charms, trophies from her conquests—bones, teeth, and other grotesque souvenirs that dangle from her thick neck and arms, clinking together with a haunting melody as she moves.
Despite her large and hideous form, Pearl is remarkably agile and cunning. She possesses a savage intelligence that complements her brute strength, making her a formidable opponent in any encounter. Known for her cruel and sadistic nature, Pearl delights in tormenting her victims, using her size and strength to intimidate and overpower them. Her laughter is often the last sound heard by those unfortunate enough to cross her path.
In her lair, a dark and damp cavern littered with the remnants of her grisly feasts, Pearl concocts powerful potions and curses that further enhance her grotesque abilities. She is fiercely loyal to Nani Nora, and together they embody the essence of wickedness, each sister complementing the other's dark nature in their pursuit of chaos and domination.
### Deaths of **Pearl**
In the shadowy depths of the cavern, where the air was thick with malice and decay, Ellette’s heart raced with a blend of fear and determination. Before her stood **Pearl**, immense and grotesque, her bark-like skin glimmering in the flickering light as dark magic pulsed through her hulking frame.
Pearl’s booming laughter rolled across the cavern.
“You think you can challenge me, little sorceress?” she taunted, jagged teeth splitting into a cruel grin.
“Your reign of terror ends here,” Ellette replied, tightening her grip on her Moonblade as silvery light shimmered along its edge.
Pearl moved first.
She charged with a roar, massive claws tearing through the air. Ellette ducked beneath the strike and drove forward, the Moonblade slicing into Pearl’s leg. Moonlit energy flared as the blade cut deep, and Pearl howled, staggering as dark ichor spilled across the stone.
Fury overtook her.
With an enraged scream, Pearl barreled toward Ellette again, each step shaking the cavern. Stone cracked beneath her weight.
Ellette did not retreat.
She drew on the full power of her Moonblade, feeling its celestial force surge through her arms. As Pearl closed the distance, Ellette swung with all her strength and plunged the blade deep into Pearl’s chest.
Radiant light erupted from the wound.
Pearl’s scream became something final and broken as the energy tore through her. Ellette twisted the blade and, in one decisive motion, severed Pearl’s head from her body.
The massive form collapsed in a thunderous heap, the echoes of her fall fading into stillness.
Pearl was dead.
And the cavern fell silent.
