**Last Known Status:** Deceased
Shelly, the third sister of Nani Nora and Pearl, is a slender and slippery hag who embodies the essence of deceit and treachery. Unlike her sisters, Shelly’s physique is tall and willowy, giving her an almost serpentine appearance. Her skin is a sickly pale green, slick and shiny, resembling the surface of a wet stone or the skin of a waterlogged creature. It glistens in the dim light of her lair, making her seem perpetually drenched and giving off a faint, unsettling sheen that reflects her slimy nature.
Her limbs are long and flexible, allowing her to move with an eerie grace that belies her grotesque appearance. Shelly's fingers are elongated and thin, tapering into sharp, claw-like nails that can slice through flesh with ease. Her movements are fluid and deliberate, often reminiscent of a predator stalking its prey, which makes her all the more unsettling to behold.
Shelly’s face is a mask of ghastliness, dominated by wide, bulging eyes that shift in hue like a murky pond, ranging from dark greens to deep blues. These eyes seem to shimmer with a hypnotic allure, capable of entrancing those who dare to meet her gaze. A thin, lipless mouth stretches across her face, often curling into a sly smile that reveals rows of tiny, needle-like teeth, perfect for tearing into soft flesh.
Her hair is a tangled mass of slick, dark tendrils that seem to writhe and pulse with life, reminiscent of seaweed caught in a current. Shelly often weaves bits of shiny shells, glistening stones, and other detritus from her watery haunts into her hair, creating a grotesque crown that accentuates her slimy allure.
Shelly is a master of illusions and trickery, using her deceptive nature to lure unsuspecting victims into her traps. She thrives on chaos and confusion, often employing her slick form to slip through cracks and tight spaces, evading capture while leaving a trail of filth and mischief in her wake. Her cunning mind is filled with dark schemes, and she often collaborates with Nani Nora and Pearl to ensnare their enemies in their wicked plots.
In her lair, a damp, cavernous space filled with stagnant water and foul odors, Shelly brews her potent potions and concocts illusions that can ensnare the minds of even the most resolute adventurers. Together with her sisters, Nani Nora and Pearl, Shelly embodies the essence of wickedness, forming a triumvirate of horror that strikes fear into the hearts of those who dare to oppose them.
### Deaths of Shelly
In the shadowy depths of the cavern, where the air was thick with malice and decay, Ellette’s heart raced with a blend of fear and determination. The grotesque figures of the hags loomed before her, warped by dark magic and rot, but it was **Shelly** who drew her attention first — a slick, half-seen thing that clung to the darkness like a living stain.
Even as Ellette raised her Moonblade, Shelly began to move.
She slid backward, her malformed body bending and thinning as she melted into the cavern’s shadows, vanishing from sight. The darkness swallowed her whole.
Ellette exhaled slowly and twirled her Moonblade, feeling its celestial power answer her call. Moonlight bled from the blade, crawling across the stone as the air crackled with restrained energy.
Then she released it.
A wave of radiant moonlight exploded outward, flooding the cavern in silver brilliance. Shadows were torn apart, and within the light Shelly was revealed — caught mid-motion, her twisted form outlined in burning white.
“Caught you,” Ellette said, already running.
She crossed the cavern in seconds, Moonblade lifted high. Shelly shrieked, limbs flailing as she tried to retreat back into the dark, but the light clung to her, stripping away every refuge.
Ellette struck.
The blade cut through the air and through Shelly in one clean, merciless arc. Her head separated from her shoulders, her expression frozen in stunned disbelief before her body collapsed to the cavern floor with a wet, final sound.
Shelly was dead.
Only then did Ellette turn — just in time to face the other horror that still lived.
